Soosh is a WhatsApp Business platform operated by Voscart Labs, India ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you use our WhatsApp Business integration services and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. The Data We Collect About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you and your customers, which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data: includes email address, telephone numbers, and WhatsApp IDs.
• Communication Data: includes the content of messages sent and received through the WhatsApp Business API via our platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Service Delivery: To provide and maintain our WhatsApp automation and chatbot services.
• Meta/WhatsApp Integration: To comply with Meta's terms of service and facilitate message delivery through the WhatsApp Business API.
• Analytics: To improve our platform, services, and customer experiences.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent or license your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the platform, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Northflank Ltd (United Kingdom; servers in the United States): application hosting and database.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): storage of media files such as images, documents and voice notes.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: delivery of WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business API.

These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law, after reviewing the request and disclosing only the minimum information necessary.

5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7. Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. To do so:

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Include the phone number or WhatsApp ID (and, for business accounts, the organization name) whose data should be deleted.

We will confirm your request and delete your contacts, messages, media and related records within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain information. Deleting your data from our platform does not delete messages already stored on the WhatsApp apps of the people you chatted with.

8. WhatsApp & Meta API Usage

Our application uses the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. By using our service, you also agree to Meta's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. We only process messaging data as authorized by you to provide automation and routing capabilities.
